Welcome to our New Blog! We have been in business now for 3 whole months and what a whirlwind it has been. We are so excited for the potential of this business venture. Dannii and I have been working together for almost two years now and we can honestly say that we are firing on all cylinders both personally and professionally. We have a strong ethos of honesty and integrity and we are absolutely here for helping our industries to support our wonderful hometown, Blackpool!

Dannii has been busy throughout the whole summer, focussing on our new hospitality contracts and attending numerous meetings, securing more work for our amazing staff over the winter, whilst I have been busily beavering away preparing staff profiles and developing new relationships with schools in readiness for the new academic year. Busy is an understatement! 

We are so pleased to announce we now have another two schools onboard the TrueNorth Blackpool Love Train! We are passionate about developing our supply agency as a not for profit area of our company. Dannii and I have both, extensive experience working in education and we want to give schools and staff the opportunity to retain good working relationships, providing quality staff with the pay they deserve and schools with budget cutting options for staffing. We are very proud of the rate we are growing at. 

We would also like to introduce Cheryl! Cheryl has now joined our Education team, providing supply staff to the Preston and Blackburn areas. With almost 20 years teaching under her belt, she doesn't let good staff pass her by and she is committed to the TrueNorth values. 

As always, thank you for your continued support over the last three months. We wouldn't be where we are now without you all.

 Tuesday 8th October Last week was a brilliant week for TrueNorth Staffing! We are now partnered with 6 more schools and struggling to meet the demand. Work is so much more rewarding when you know that you are making a difference. Dannii has been out and about networking with various clients, whilst I've been managing all of the admin and recruiting jobs! Tomorrow we are at the Rock and Revolution event at BFC. We can't wait to get in there and meet with everybody! Over the next few weeks we are going to become very busy with the Elves. If you haven't already checked out our TrueNorth Elftastic page, you need to have a browse. Its excellent! We are going to be putting on our Santa hats in order to create some Christmas carnage around gardens and local Lancashire and Manchester businesses. We can't wait for what is to come!
